Underbool is a delightful rural community on the Mallee Highway between Ouyen and Murrayville, 150km south-west of Mildura. Known as the ‘Gateway to the Pink Lakes’ and Murray Sunset National Park, Underbool is a great place to stop off on your travels, be sure to check out the Pioneer Memorial Wall and pop in to the Pink Lakes Pantry and support the local community while you’re there.
