This year we're taking tourism to our locals. In fact, we're urging Mildura and surrounding residents to become tourists in their own town.
Locals understand that the Mildura region is an important tourism destination. And they appreciate all the reasons why ... river activities; houseboats; food and wine; arts, music and sporting festivals; Mungo National Park as well as the camping and natural environments of our surrounding Victorian national parks.
But when was the last time that you personally took time out to enjoy and experience our most popular and famous tourist attractions ?
That's what Tourism Week 2010 is all about : More than 60 local attractions and operators are opening their doors just for you to come and have a closer look and experience first-hand what our visitors are raving about.
